Lack of personal service I recently moved to the Denver area with a newly purchased vehicle. So, I was expecting a personal level of service due to needing to establish a long I recently moved to the Denver area with a newly purchased vehicle. So, I was expecting a personal level of service due to needing to establish a long term service contract for my vehicle. However, I was not offered any coffee, tea, water, the service department didn’t even offer to wash my car after performing the service. No car wash for a service department, really disappointing. I will begin to look for a different GMC service center in the Denver area. Hopefully, all GMC dealerships in the Denver area are not at this level. I will try a different location and refer family and friends somewhere else. More
