Efficient and Enjoyable Lu Lzquierdo was a great person to work with at the dealership. He was very patient, even allowing us two test drives, and was always knowledgeable a Lu Lzquierdo was a great person to work with at the dealership. He was very patient, even allowing us two test drives, and was always knowledgeable about the RDX features and info. He answered all of our questions. The price disclosures and discussions were honest and respectful. The process was low pressure and was conducted by Lu with an effort to make sure we were comfortable and involved. The paper work was happily minimal to get a working quote, and closing the deal was fast and efficient. After the sale, Lu was great and making sure the car would be set up as we needed for options, phones, seats, etc. He made our visit another successful and enjoyable deal with the Damson business. Rodger in Finance helped get us a great interest rate, and again the paper work was minimal, and the process was fast and courteous. Thanks again to all that help us during our visit. More

Great experience, worth the drive from Nashville! I drove from Nashville with my nephew to purchase a used car. From the moment we walked in the door we were treated great by all the staff! He was with another client, but we were taken immediately to the cars we had called about by Chris who took us on a test drive until Lu could join us. When Lu joined us he gave us information on the 2 cars we were interested in, as well as taking us on another test drive with the second car. He was very knowledgeable and an easy communicator. We all felt an instant rapport with him. We had just been to a different dealer the day before and it had been a three ring circus atmosphere,with high pressure salesman who didn't listen. It was so refreshing to be in a professional, caring atmosphere. I highly recommend this dealership if you want a great experience in purchasing a car.
