I have an Acura mdx. I've worked with Shottenkirk since I've had the vehicle. Alan C. is my service advisor. He's very organized, courteous, and communicative, and doesn' I've worked with Shottenkirk since I've had the vehicle. Alan C. is my service advisor. He's very organized, courteous, and communicative, and doesn't try to upsell. Treats me like an individual customer and person. The entire team seems like-minded. Also, there are nearby restaurants and amenities. You don't have to stay in their waiting room. Also, Shottenkirk will take you home or where you need to be. No complaints whatsoever. I think I will stay with the Acura brand and probably the mdx... maybe an EV model. This will be the first and maybe only place I look for my next car. More
