As I stated yesterday I have been very satisfied with the experience with the exception of the dealings with the financial person on Monday night. As I stated in my review it's like I was held hostage in the experience with the exception of the dealings with the financial person on Monday night. As I stated in my review it's like I was held hostage in the room till I gave in to his demands. And further more when I made the deal on the showroom floor my payment jumped almost 120 dollars witch I did not agree to. Other than that I am and have been ok with my purchase. More

Friendly garage staff, very rude girl at service desk. No eye contact at first, seemed irritated that I was there. Minimal explanation of what was wrong and why I needed the work done. I asked how much an oil change was with dexos1 and was told $60. I Said that was great because I had a $25 off coupon from Midas and the price match Shottenkirk coupon. Instead of $60, I ended up being c told $60. I Said that was great because I had a $25 off coupon from Midas and the price match Shottenkirk coupon. Instead of $60, I ended up being charged $73.83 minus $25 for a total of $48.83. Christian was excellent and checked to be sure my fluids were topped off even to go so far as to top them off for me.
