In on time and service advisor understood the problem with car. Was contacted by phone when problem was identified and what the fix would be. Was contacted later in day when car was repaired and ready with car. Was contacted by phone when problem was identified and what the fix would be. Was contacted later in day when car was repaired and ready to pickup. Advisor again explained the fix when I picked the car up.
