While the service center was helpful, I will never do business with this dealership again. The sales department is awful - not showing up for several scheduled appointments - and management does not tel business with this dealership again. They absolutely fixed my car. It had so many issues and I normally don’t trust dealerships but I just moved to Iowa and I didn’t know anywhere to go but they fixed everything! Yeah it’s alright. I guess it is what it is..meh. This particular visit though was way better that the previous few who was absolute garbage. Scott the manager, who was just terrible last couple of times was pretty good this time around. I’m going to say mood plays a big factor on his customer service, but who knows. More
