Overall service center here is good and has reasonably priced work. The intermediary between the technicians and the customers need a bit more training. What was communicated was not what was done, wh priced work. The intermediary between the technicians and the customers need a bit more training. What was communicated was not what was done, which led to concerns on pricing until I saw the invoice. Also, for my repair, it was focused on one wheel. Given the age of my vehicle, I have concerns if the other three wheels have the same problem, just not fully broken yet. All traces back to more training and better communication from the staff that interacts with the customers. More
