I noticed an oil spot on my garage floor. Assumed part of the oil change when the filter was removed. Found out after several days of oil on the floor, the drain plug was loose. Not sure how a tech can put the plug back in with out tightening. It was finger loose! Drove 200 plus miles with a loose drain plug. More

My truck was finished by the service department in less time than promised so that was good. When I leased my truck they convinced me to buy the special Shottenkirk extra warranty and promised me to ta time than promised so that was good. When I leased my truck they convinced me to buy the special Shottenkirk extra warranty and promised me to take care of tire rotation, service at absolutely no cost to me and a loaner vehicle. I was informed by new management yesterday that they cannot honor those promises from people who no longer work there. The dealer manager did agree to give me one more service and tire rotation for free so that’s why I left my review at 4 stars More
