Samir K. did a fantastic job and was very knowledgeable about the trucks I was looking at. The only reason I didn't give rating in Doyle is merely because I don't directly remember (maybe there was(?)) a personal interaction with him so I don't really recall who he is. Now with that being said I know there was atleast a few other people involved in help to make the whole process go smoothly so to that ill give 5 stars. Overall I give Shottenkirk 5 stars so far on my whole experience being a new customer and a shout out to your receptionist Joanne as she was very welcoming and eager to provide assistance and deserves 5 stars.
