I have had this Cruze serviced by Shottenkirk since I bought it from them. I have changed oil in all my farm equipment, taught auto mechanics in school, and know from experience that oil drain plugs don' bought it from them. I was charged over 3 times what a replacement plug can be bought for at the GM store on line, plus the service techs are to be skilled so how did mine get ruined? I will be hunting for my own Dexos oil I guess. Unhappy customer. More

The driver was late to pick me up by 30 mins. That really messed up my day as I had meetings scheduled which I had to miss. My German Shepard (Nato) and I really enjoy coming into the service dept. Everyone knows Nato. The service manager always give him treats in his office, which Nato never turns down.
