I had a 1:30:appointment for a tire repair after a hour and half I saw my car outside and asked if it was done she said no but mine was next in line… 2 hours for a tire repair what’s the reason for an appo and half I saw my car outside and asked if it was done she said no but mine was next in line… 2 hours for a tire repair what’s the reason for an appointment … seemed like 30 plus employees walking around doing nothing…I had taken car in 3 times for air in tire and they could not get me in told me I had to make appointment…plus they forgot to reset tires last time I got them rotated. So tires where off from what dash was set at…seriously may take my business elsewhere.. More

I took my truck to Stew Hansen gmc on Hickman six time for check engine light and they didn’t know how to fix it. I decide to give a chance Shottenkirk and they fixed my truck from first visit. Showed up for an appt only to find it wasn’t in the system. Was still told could do car and that it would be about an hour (I let them know I didn’t have a lot of time). Was told I’d be notified if it would be more than an hour. I finally checked on car status at about 1 hr 45 min mark. Car was done around 2 hours. I had also asked for my tire pressure to be checked on all tires. Don’t think that was done as they still seem slightly low. Recommend being mindful of others time. I really didn’t have 2 hours to spend at an appt that was supposed to be an hour or less. This didn’t make a great first impression for your location. More
