Bought truck 6 months ago. ..tranny goes out....no "hey, turns out we sold ya a piece of crap, so how about split cost of replacement or rebuild" no suggestion of help...nothing More

As expected....absolutely no response from dealership. Big surprise huh?! They have said absolutley nothing except give a robo/generic response of "Sorry you didn't get exceptional service...."....I call xx on that. If you are truely "SORRY" they can at the very least contact me by 1 of 3 ways I gave them.
