Not friendly service in-person. There was only one guy that initiated helping me after standing there. Everyone seemed cold and not willing to help. While the service center was helpful, I will never do business with this dealership again. The sales department is awful - not showing up for several scheduled appointments - and management does not tel business with this dealership again. They absolutely fixed my car. It had so many issues and I normally don’t trust dealerships but I just moved to Iowa and I didn’t know anywhere to go but they fixed everything!
