This was unfortunately a long drawn out ordeal and in the over three weeks my car was in the shop they never had a loaner available. This made it very difficult for me as a single mother working a job with n over three weeks my car was in the shop they never had a loaner available. This made it very difficult for me as a single mother working a job with no PTO to scramble to find vehicles to borrow to make it to work and for whatever the needs of my family were. The warranty group offered loaners, but the rental company they provide also had no vehicles available. I’m glad my car is fixed and the warranty company came through on coverage but really disappointed in how this all went down. I was also disappointed to have just bought this vehicle last year from this dealership, bought the extended warranty which conveniently ended right before all this went wrong with my car rendering it not drivable. The coverages provided with gm vehicles is getting shorter, the quality of their vehicles is decreasing and the service is also falling off. I’ve driven Chevrolet vehicles since the beginning and am thinking it’s time to end that. More

Lacking attention to detail! Had to make 2 additional trips back to the dealership before getting the things left undone put back together correctly.
