I’ve been using Shottenkirk service for about 14 years. This is the first time I’ve filled out the survey. I had an oil change. Usually I receive info on the status of the tires and fluids. I know my windshield fluid was empty when I arrived. It was empty when I left. Which leads me to wonder did they even check the fluids. I’m hoping this is just a one off. More
