Not sure we will buy another vehicle with shottenkirk. We wanted to buy local. We bought a brand new suburban with them, get oil changed there, new tires etc. One tire has a leak by the stem that happe We wanted to buy local. We bought a brand new suburban with them, get oil changed there, new tires etc. One tire has a leak by the stem that happened before our warranty was up. Instead of giving us a new tire, they fixed it…twice. We rarely drive it. Was told that just happens with some tires. Need to remind service that we purchased our tires with them so rotations should be free. The last 3 times I have watched the vehicle come back into the bay, only to sit and wait another 30 minutes while the desk boys goof around. I had already been sitting there an hour so had to call and have someone pick up my son from school. More

Refused to replace running board part on warranty. Told me I knocked it off. They love you until we write the check. Have taken the radio in twice and cutting out still not resolved.
