Brought the vehicle in to have a paint chip repaired and to check a squeak in the back. They told us the paint chip was repaired, but we’re unable to find the squeak. I was told my car would be ready in one week once I called to check on it on Friday I was told that the person working on it was out all week due to illness. Appt for oil change & tire rotation at 10:30. Car not done until 2:00! Not sure they even rotated tires. No charge for it? New sticker said next oil change at 21,000 miles.
