Amanda was very helpful with my latest appointment with the dealership. Only problem was with communications on the time to complete. Wendell was exceptional in his help of reading the error for the check engine light and answering any questions. Michael Andrade on the other hand felt it appropriate to mention how the fairly neutral r for the check engine light and answering any questions. Michael Andrade on the other hand felt it appropriate to mention how the fairly neutral review of the prior service affected him and felt the need to address it with me. That was a horrible and inexcusable lack of judgement on his behalf and not a good representation of the Jeep brand or any brand for that matter. I asked to speak with the service manager to bring this I called for behavior to their attention, as Michael did not retrieve the manager when asked. Wendell went above and beyond and got the manager so that I could address Michael’s lack of candor and integrity. The service manager (I didn’t get his name-but prior USMC) was fantastic and exhibits stellar customer service skills, leadership skills, and is a solid leader. I want to recognize both the service manager and Wendell directly for their professionalism. More
