This was, without a doubt, the worst service experience I've ever had. I scheduled an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I arrived on time and had to wait 15 minutes in the drive thro I've ever had. I scheduled an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I arrived on time and had to wait 15 minutes in the drive through. After I spoke to 3 service advisors, someone finally took my keys and told me I'd have about an hour and a half wait for the service, which is what I budgeted. After an hour and 45 minutes, i walked to the area where the service techs office and inquired about my Jeep. After about 10 minutes, I was told that they were "just about to pull it back for service". Of course, this was unacceptable and I instructed them to bring the Jeep around and I'd take it somewhere else. I get that service departments get busy, but communication is the key. Not one time during my almost 2 hour wait did anyone come to me to let me know they were running behind, let alone apologize for the delay. When I expressed my irritation with the service techs, it was like That is no way to run a business of any kind. More
