My oil change was a disaster. Ended up at home with oil all over the engine, the bottom of the vehicle, and all over my garage. To find out that they were sloppy, careless, or somehow otherwise negligent in giving me back a car with a “torn o-ring” on the air filter. Brand new oil rings ship with the filter from MOPAR. To top it all off, nobody bothered to offer to clean the engine, undercarriage, or otherwise care about the negative impact this had on me as a customer. More

Daniel the salesman was great but the sales manager Bryce must have been having a bad day because when I was asking questions about the numbers he got really defensive and angry and kinda caught me off guard because I thought we were just negotiating but apparently he didn’t like me proving him wrong when I pulled KBB on his vehicle and it was a different price…suffice to say We weren’t able to get where we needed on the numbers so we left. But iI looked back as we left and I saw him staring at us through the glass like a kid that was told he couldn’t have a toy… I just feel bad for the salesman having a manager torpedo his deals! We went and bought a vehicle for the same price at another dealer and got where we needed the payment. I gave 2 stars for Daniel’s great customer service. UPDATE!!
