Just another run of the mill auto-dealership stuck on 1980s style sales tactics. They focus you on a payment amount and aggressively steer you away from the $10000 worth of service contracts and upsells 1980s style sales tactics. They focus you on a payment amount and aggressively steer you away from the $10000 worth of service contracts and upsells they try to slip past you. In other words, they seem more focused on making a single sale than building loyal customers. It's 2023 - there are better ways and places to buy a vehicle. I drove away with a vehicle but filled with regret for not just walking out on that crap. More
Vehicle I was purchasing had a check engine light on and sales person took vehicle around to shop and returned telling me that it was nothing and that they had cleared it. Two days after purchasing vehicle sales person took vehicle around to shop and returned telling me that it was nothing and that they had cleared it. Two days after purchasing vehicle check engine light comes back on and I had it checked. Ends up that the vehicle has a faulty radiator coolant fan. The dealership could not sell the vehicle if it had a check engine light on so they cleared it to do the sell then let the problem fall on me to fix. More
Being o a time crunch, we needed our 2017 Jeep in a few days because we were going out of town for two months. My service rep was Hunter Ingram. At first it stared off bad because the car wouldn’t be don days because we were going out of town for two months. My service rep was Hunter Ingram. At first it stared off bad because the car wouldn’t be done in time due to parts on order. To top it off I needed to have it inspected for our new registration. Now we were in a panic mode because we had to change reservations at the campground we book. Long story short… Thanks to Mr. Hunter and Chris Blackwood, they were able to get all our parts in that night and the mechanic was able to finish it before noon. Big Thanks to the both of them. More
