Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! ! If this could be a zero star review, it would. We bought a 2017 car and 67 days later we called because the AC went out and the car started shaking ! We took it to our mechanic and he found the issue right away saying they should've seen this and they let us purchase it knowing something was wrong. Keep in mind that we paid them for an inspection (listed on our detailed bill) before we purchased the car. The dealership said we were 7 days outside of the 60 day warranty and that they couldn't help us. At this point we were stuck in a car with a broken AC and had to get it fixed. They told us that it would be a couple weeks to get the parts and for them to also fix the motor mount that needed work as well. So we asked that they put us in a rental car of equal size because we had multiple car seats that needed to go in the car. Once we drove the 40 minutes it takes for us to get to the dealership they told us that there were no rental cars available and that it would have to be one from the lot. They brought up a truck with a bad paint job and which interior had a weird smell...no mystery why this truck was still on the lot. Once we got the "rental" home the alarm system would just go off at random times throughout the day. After working on our car a couple weeks they said it was ready and we went to pick it up. Instead of the $800 that they quoted it was now $950 and no one called beforehand or told us until we arrive. We approved the $800 quote because at this point we already bought the car but the extra $150 just made it worse. When questioned about the extra charge they said it was out of their control. Car sales have few dealerships and sales people with integrity but this was by far the worst experience we have had. More

I cannot believe this place gets any positive reviews at all. I took my Jeep Renegade in for a recall service in early December 2022. After multiple attempts at contacting the service rep about what was going on, my husband found out they broke a part not related to the recall service (cylinder head) and had to order it internationally. ??? When they finally fixed (so-called) and dropped off my car to me, we discovered an under carriage panel was reinstalled incorrectly and caused extensive rubbing when wheel was turned sharp left, probably causing more damage to my vehicle. Upon contacting the service rep and the dealership's line manager about this problem, there was no sense of urgency or concern and no offer for a loaner vehicle to me so they could fix it properly. Communication here is severely lacking, as no one ever answers the service number that is posted on their website. More
