We didn’t think we had options with our two leases that we wanted to get out of but she walked us through the process and provided us my multiple options. She was transparent, thoughtful, and established trust easily unlike any other salesperson I’ve worked with. Her knowledge of inventory was spot on and we not only bought a beautiful BMW for my wife, the next day I leased an amazing Jeep for myself. If you don’t go see Mckinzie then you are missing out 100%. We are customers for life and so blessed that we took the time to meet her and Chris. Gamechanging right there!! Typical SHADY dealer. Found a Jeep they posted on Autotrader, and drove to the dealership to purchase it. After debating on the price, they had it listed for $1000 less on Found a Jeep they posted on Autotrader, and drove to the dealership to purchase it. After debating on the price, they had it listed for $1000 less on autotrader and tried to get me to pay the higher price, I was ready to buy. Then they showed me all the dealer add ons. $2000 for some bogus “protection package” that was good for 6 months or 6000 miles. $400 to tint TWO front windows. $200 for door ding protection. $900 for LoJack. Plus another few hundred in other junk. All in all, they added $4000 in add ons, and they wouldn’t remove them. I even asked to remove just the $2000 protection plan, and they said no. So we walked out. Stay away from these SHADY folks. More
