My husband flew from St. Louis, MO to TX to buy a truck then drove home. The truck is great but the customer service - not so much. They promised us a spare set of keys - we only received 1 key. It's been 6 months! We can't get anyone to call us back. When we call, email, and text we get the response "they are on backorder." Really, for over 6 months? Now our Sales guy, Kendrick, wont even respond to us. I then called several other dealerships who have the exact same key in stock, several. I now know, they are just lying to use and hoping we forget about it. Untrustworthy, shady people here. So unfortunately. We will be taking legal action until we get our key! Why is this so hard for them?! More

I went to the car lot to inspect a vehicle saw on their webpage. The Price listed on the website was a good price that intrigued me to go the lot. When I got there I was informed that the internet price wa webpage. The Price listed on the website was a good price that intrigued me to go the lot. When I got there I was informed that the internet price was assigned when the vehicle first got to the lot before and dealer prep, etc. I was told to expect anywhere from $3 to $4 thousand to be added to the intenet price. So in essence the internet price was just to get me intrigued enough to come to the dealership. I quickly told the salesman I was leaving. To me this borders on deceptive trade practices. More
