As always we had excellent service. My wife and I brought both jeeps in for oil changes. We usually have Austin for our advisor but he was leaving early that day so we were connected wi My wife and I brought both jeeps in for oil changes. We usually have Austin for our advisor but he was leaving early that day so we were connected with Brice. He was great! He took one jeep while my wife and i went to eat lunch and then when we returned he had the second jeep in right away! The waiting room was exceptional and we were treated very well. Brice and Austin, i believe, are assets to your company and we will return for service as long as they are there. More

Title: Terrible Experience at Shottenkirk Prosper I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a car from Shottenkirk Prosper, and I must say, it was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a car from Shottenkirk Prosper, and I must say, it was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I stepped foot onto their lot, I could tell that something was off. First and foremost, they forced me to purchase unnecessary add-ons, such as Low Jack and their so-called "Protection Plan," which cost a whopping $1,890. As someone who had already secured financing through my credit union, I did not appreciate being strong-armed into buying these unnecessary extras. To make matters worse, when I decided to purchase their warranty instead of their protection plan, I realized that it was vastly inferior to what I could have obtained elsewhere. It's clear that Shottenkirk Prosper is more interested in making a quick buck than providing their customers with quality products and services. The level of dishonesty and deceit displayed by the staff at Shottenkirk Prosper is truly appalling. They are nothing more than con artists and liars, preying on unsuspecting customers who are simply looking to purchase a reliable vehicle. I cannot stress enough how important it is to avoid doing business with these xxxx of the earth. In conclusion, my experience with Shottenkirk Prosper was the worst I have ever had when it comes to buying a vehicle. Their unethical practices, pushy sales tactics, and inferior products have left me feeling cheated and disappointed. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable dealership that values honesty and customer satisfaction. Shottenkirk Prosper is certainly not one of them. More

Was sold a warranty covering the tires up to 15000 miles against road hazard. Felt as though I was deceived. The tire affected had only 20000 miles.
