Worst service department I have ever been to. If you vehicle has a real problem your better off diagnosing yourself. Currently working on contacting the GM and Stellantis. If you bring in a vehic If you vehicle has a real problem your better off diagnosing yourself. Currently working on contacting the GM and Stellantis. If you bring in a vehicle under warranty with documented issue you shouldn’t be having to write this 2 months later with no fix. Till now only gotten as high as service manager and he has been absolutely no help. But he is good at stalling. Bottom line. Don’t pull up to this service department looking for anything to get fixed. More

I recently visited Shottenkirk Prosper Dodge for an oil change, state inspection, and tire replacement, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Cassie, my service provider, was frie change, state inspection, and tire replacement, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Cassie, my service provider, was friendly, professional, and efficient—getting everything done quickly while keeping me updated throughout the process. The service area was spotless, and the staff took great care to ensure my vehicle was returned clean and running perfectly. It’s rare to find a dealership that combines top-quality work with genuine customer care, but Shottenkirk Prosper Dodge truly delivers. Highly recommend their service department! More
I had an in-depth review about this place and I took it down as I thought they were actually going to fix my Jeep. Still has not happened. First brought in for this issue AUGUST 29th. STILL NOT FIXED. down as I thought they were actually going to fix my Jeep. Still has not happened. First brought in for this issue AUGUST 29th. STILL NOT FIXED. My Jeep Wrangler overheated twice, couple weeks apart. I took it to a local shop and they diagnosed it as a small leak from water pump area and suggested it and the thermostat to be replaced. As the water pump is covered under power train I took to this dealership. Closest one to me. It was there an entire week and they found nothing. Entire time I’m paying for a rental because they had no loaners. I drove it over the weekend and checked coolant level, it was low. So I took it back. They still found nothing. They suggested that it could be the thermostat sticking intermittently and causing minor leakage via weep holes. I told them replace it and let’s see. It was ready the next evening. I drove it all of 80 miles that night. Next morning checked levels, LOW again. Down to the “ADD” line. I called and asked if maybe the mechanics didn’t top it off before returning it. They insisted that was not the case and there was nothing wrong just keep driving it. “It’s normal for that engine to fluctuate coolant level like that”. Then how would anyone know when the coolant was actually low and more was needed? So, $900 for a thermostat that fixed nothing and being told my engine was operating as designed prompted me to post a review here. That’s when it got the attention of the service manager. Finally I thought my issue would be resolved. WRONG! He assured me he would schedule a day for me to bring it in, when they had a loaner available. So I didn’t have to pay another $200 for a week long rental. That was over a month ago. Still adding coolant when it gets to the ADD line, even though my service advisor told me that’s not needed. But I know if I didn’t and the engine blows, they won’t fix it. It would be my fault for not regularly checking fluids and adding when it’s at the ADD line like the OWNERS MANUAL says. This is not the service shop for your vehicle. If you must go here, I’d double check everything down to tire pressure. From my experience just go to Frisco or Denton, maybe they can diagnose and repair your problem. At the very least keep their word. More
Lacey S and the entire service department was amazing. Very communicative, polite and knowledgeable. The folks in the parts department that also helped me were outstanding. My only gripe is I got a sleep Very communicative, polite and knowledgeable. The folks in the parts department that also helped me were outstanding. My only gripe is I got a sleepy sales call from a guy named Rick or Rike asking if I wanted to trade in my ram towards a F250. I don’t really care for shifty sales tactics when I just want to get my vehicle repaired. Nice attempt I suppose. More
