Customer care is great. However, the mechanics and engineers aren’t qualified to work on cars other than just a basic oil change. My AC is making loud noises and not blowing adequately and I was told that it is supposed to make a rattling noise and that the blower is blowing “good enough”. Hands down this has been the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. I didn't buy my dodge there but they treated me like I did. The service representative I had JORDYN was amazing. I am grading the experience low because the service department response to incoming phone calls is atrocious. Jordyn was a lovely person to deal with and she made me feel welcomed. My complaint is the inability to speak to a service representative on the phone. I encourage you to try and reach someone by phone. I’ve tried calling two different people’s mobile numbers and several times calling the central number and selecting “service”. I’ve dealt with a lot of car dealers over my lifetime but this lack of interaction steals the show. Your truly, Logan Magruder More
