I am grading the experience low because the service department response to incoming phone calls is atrocious. Jordyn was a lovely person to deal with and she made me feel welcomed. My complaint is the inability to speak to a service representative on the phone. I encourage you to try and reach someone by phone. I’ve tried calling two different people’s mobile numbers and several times calling the central number and selecting “service”. I was charged $1,500. 00 for repairs that were incorrectly diagnosed and did not fix the problem. Then I was asked to approve another $2,200.00 worth of repairs to fix the 00 for repairs that were incorrectly diagnosed and did not fix the problem.
