2 1/2 weeks! That’s how long I have waited for 2 rear shocks to come in for warranty work. Yup, less than 17k miles and both rear shocks leak. Also one of the brake assembly need rebuild or something. Told its safe to drive. Absolutely it is, but for this long? My rear tires are now wearing funny, kinda wavy. I was told I probably need…shocks! Now after this long I finally call another dealership, this one in Denton. Give the parts guy my VIN and what I need, his response…. I can have those same day. What?! Or he could order on the lowest possible urgency and still have in 5 days. But that’s impossible! Prosper has had me waiting over 2 weeks! If you simply need oil change, this place is great. For a repair, I’d look elsewhere. More

I had felt that Glenn Polk dealership would take care of a problem with my Ram 1500. After sending me to customer care with no other help. I was informed that C/C was more than willing to help, great I thou a problem with my Ram 1500. After sending me to customer care with no other help.
