I cannot believe this place gets any positive reviews at all. I took my Jeep Renegade in for a recall service in early December 2022. They kept my car for two weeks without communicating to me how long th all. I took my Jeep Renegade in for a recall service in early December 2022. They kept my car for two weeks without communicating to me how long the service would take and no loaner vehicle was provided to me. After multiple attempts at contacting the service rep about what was going on, my husband found out they broke a part not related to the recall service (cylinder head) and had to order it internationally. ??? When they finally fixed (so-called) and dropped off my car to me, we discovered an under carriage panel was reinstalled incorrectly and caused extensive rubbing when wheel was turned sharp left, probably causing more damage to my vehicle. Upon contacting the service rep and the dealership's line manager about this problem, there was no sense of urgency or concern and no offer for a loaner vehicle to me so they could fix it properly. Communication here is severely lacking, as no one ever answers the service number that is posted on their website. More
