Your standards of customer service are completely lacking and should be modified to accomodate the customer. Your reps never answer the phone nor did they respond to all of my text requests, only on occasion. My experience there was so unacceptable, and I'm quite sure it does not bother any of you to know I will not be returning. I would not want the general public believing by your comment that you tried to remedy my situation.

The reason for the visit was the temperature gauge wasn’t working & the engine light came on. Service assessed the situation as a thermostat not working. It took a couple for the parts to come in & tech worked hard to fix the problem. Austin Scott kept me apprised of every step of the situation. & it was a pleasure to work with him & the department. Thanks
