Unhappy Customer responded

There is no reason for me to call, I have spoken to everyone, and not a single person has done anything to assist me with any of my concerns. I’ve emailed the GM, talked to his Executive Managers, still nothing. I don’t believe what I was asking for was out of the norm, I just wanted my concerns addressed. I was told by your executive manager that I have a vehicle that was in the chip shortage so all the features will not work on the vehicle. I am not blaming this dealership for the chip shortage, but this is a dodge vehicle your dealership is selling. My advice to you next time is when someone purchases a vehicle from Shottenkirk Prosper Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, inform the customer to go through every and all features listed on the window sticker of that particular vehicle (which should take about 3 or more days) before final purchase. That way the customer will be satisfied with their vehicle. I love my vehicle just missing the bells and whistles that should have come with it.
