The service department is absolutely horrible! No care is taken for the customer and the last visit for my Ram took over 2 hours because they "forgot" to put it in the service bay. I could elaborate on the excuses however, it's ALWAYS excuses when dealing with the service department. Final thought: managers and even the Owner don't return phone calls when you have a concern or complaint. More

My most recent purchase was nothing but a stellar one with my salesperson Scott “Duck” Williams. I called ahead and he met me on Saturday morning when the dealership opened. Walked me through everything handed me the kids and went for a test drive (all standard stuff). What isn’t standard with the “Duck” is the experience he provides you throughout the process and after the close of the sale. While signing the paperwork with the finance guys he and his partner fueled my vehicle and placed his Duck swag throughout my vehicle. Towels, cups, ducks…. He followed up the next day. It was truly a great experience and one of the best if not the best experience I’ve had buying a car at a dealership. So as he says “Go See The Duck”! More
