I have bought many cars and this was one of the worst experience I have ever had. Thought we had agreed to a price ($2000 less than asking) and then it was retraded in my opinion requesting me to 'meet experience I have ever had. Thought we had agreed to a price ($2000 less than asking) and then it was retraded in my opinion requesting me to 'meet in the middle'. The old 3 person process is antiquated and makes customers miserable. Is it really worth it for an extra $750 when you add on $3-4000 of 'dealer add-ons' that you force people to pay for but dont really want??? The fact I was there over 3 hours after agreeing made it even more ridiculous. You all need to regroup and come up with a more current way of doing business. You lost a repeat customer. I have purchased over 120 cars in the last 10 years alone. More

This is the 6th vehicle I’ve purchased from the Shottenkirk DJC dealership in Canton. Every experience I’ve had with Shottenkirk has been an excellent one and that is why I continue to come back. Shottenkirk DJC dealership in Canton. Every experience I’ve had with Shottenkirk has been an excellent one and that is why I continue to come back. My most recent purchase was nothing but a stellar one with my salesperson Scott “Duck” Williams. I called ahead and he met me on Saturday morning when the dealership opened. Walked me through everything handed me the kids and went for a test drive (all standard stuff). What isn’t standard with the “Duck” is the experience he provides you throughout the process and after the close of the sale. While signing the paperwork with the finance guys he and his partner fueled my vehicle and placed his Duck swag throughout my vehicle. Towels, cups, ducks…. He followed up the next day. It was truly a great experience and one of the best if not the best experience I’ve had buying a car at a dealership. So as he says “Go See The Duck”! More
