Upon arrival I was told that they couldn't honor that price (instead the car was about $9000 higher) because that wasn't their "real" website (even though it was shottenkirk canton, and it was the one I used to contact them, get an online quote, and get a call back from a salesman). I explained to the salesman that that was my price for a truck, and he got permission from a manager to show me two additional trucks that stickered MUCH higher than my price. I repeatedly asked if he could sell those trucks for my price and was reassured yes. Much, much later I find out those were more than $10,000 out of my range (mind you there was lots of back and forth with the manager, working to get me a deal...). Hours later they find a truck on another lot to my specs and in my price range. I filled out paperwork and put down a deposit. The next day I requested a copy of the sticker...and found that the truck had a leather bench seat instead of bucket seats, as I had asked for and ALL of the trucks we looked at also had bucket seats. I had even inquired about the seats prior to the deal bc the verbage on sticker he showed me didn't make sense. They promised to find another truck (supposedly there were three that would have worked). After more than a 24 hours of them "working" on it, I never heard back. I found a truck elsewhere and asked the saleman abt deposit. He said it would be returned, no details. I called the finance department (voicemail), and finally reached a real person in the office. She was going to walk over and have a finance person call me. One day later, still no contact. Be warned, f you call and get transferred to voicemail and decide to call back for another contact, they WILL NOT ANSWER YOUR CALL, unless you call back on another number. This happened to me two times. And their pricing includes about $299 for window tinting and a service plan that is REQUIRED (maybe $500 or so but I can't recall). These guys are shady and a big waste of time. And this is just the prepurchase experience. More

No dice I contacted someone at the dealership via text from an AutoTrader listing they had on a new Jeep Wrangler. Told them what pricing I had seen elsewhere and asked if they could compete. They’re the closest Jeep dealer to me so I wanted to give them a shot. They said they could compete with the prices I had seen and to come up. Long story short they were pretty far off of even the average prices I’d seen. The salespeople were very nice but the person that had me come in caused me to waste a big chunk of my day for no reason. More

Finally, had to get up to walk out to get the guy to stop. Then, after being told I had key one of two, they couldn't find key two. Took a month to finally get a second key. After, several call attempts, which were unsuccessful mainly because the automated system just keeps forwarding you to either another menu or someone's voicemail, I went back. I was told by my salesperson, that he had made a mistake about there being a second key, but since he had said it they would order a second key for me. He then added it would have to come out of his pay. Guess he thought I'd feel sorry for him and say never mind. So, a week later, I go back and still no key is ready. Salesperson and I go back to parts, where I find out they actually stock the keys, but they just need to program it. So, they tell to come back tomorrow. I do, but key still not ready because they have to have my key to program it. WTH? Could they not have mentioned this before? So, my take is, they thought I'd just give up. So, now I have to sit around in their showroom for about an hour waiting. Then, just yesterday, my 2013 Dodge Dart won't shift out of drive and my daughter can't get the key out and she's stranded. So, I stop by their service dept to ask if they know what might have caused this and what I could do to get the car running again. I'm told I'll have to have it towed there. OK, so I do. Then I receive a text from them saying they can't work on the car until I approve a diagnostic fee. Why would they not tell me this before I had it towed there? I'd have found a much closer mechanic. Besides, as I told them, the tow truck mechanic had already found the problem and did a temporary fix to get the car drivable again. All in all, this dealership is just a bunch of sheisters. After the sale, they could care less about you. Bought my last vehicle from these guys and I'll find another service dept in the future. More
