Took my 2018 RAM for basic services and everything turned into a DISASTER. The Service Manager told us they would "refund the money we paid, because no one should have to go through what we went through"....but of course, They DID NOT refund a single penny. Could go into detail about what happened, but it's too ridiculous to believe, Just STAY AWAY. Do the service yourself or get a Gas Station. The GM of the dealership said his maintenance techs are not Chrysler Certified and he didn't see the need!! Enough said on that.....it's an $80k vehicle. More

Worked with me to get the truck I wanted. I was getting my truck serviced and usually to kill time I walk around and check out the vehicles on the lot. I wound up speaking to Izzy, a salesman with Shottenkirk. I was currently driving a 2014 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel Laramie. My dream truck has always been a 2500 Cummins but never have been able to afford a truck like that. He showed me a used 2500 Laramie with a Cummins Turbo D and it only had 23K miles on it. The sales manager and Izzy both worked hard to get the numbers right so that I could buy the truck. They gave me more than what I owed on my other Ram so there was no negative equity rolled into my new loan. They gave me a great deal and if they weren’t so willing to work to get the price where I needed it I would still be driving my 1500. The 1500 EcoD is a real nice truck, but I am very proud of my 2500 Cummins. I can tow anything I would ever want to tow with ease. The EcoD can tow but not like this Cummins. I highly recommend Shottenkirk Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram in Canton GA. The staff is awesome, customer service is great, and I really feel like I would not have received the same deal from anywhere else. I bought 6 or 7 vehicles from the same dealership when it was Cherokee Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and am pleased to see there was not a loss in the customer service.
