Enjoyable Car Buying Experience! I am not a huge fan of the auto buying process. Don't get me wrong, it's exciting but a lot of dealerships I've dealt with make the process stressful. This was the second Ram truck I've purchased from Shottenkirk and could not have asked for an easier experience. Ed Denovellis was our Salesman. Ed should be the standard for all car dealership's sales staff. He was professional yet charismatic which made my family and I feel as though the experience was as enjoyable for him as it was for us. Scott "DUCK" Williams was awesome! We were greeted quickly by Duck. He showed the vehicle that we wanted to see. He was very knowledgeable and informative. When we decided to leave and check out other options, he was not pushy. When we went to other places and were not pleased with the quality of vehicles and mostly the customer service we returned at 6pm and met with Duck. He was assisting another customer but never seemed to busy to help us. He understood what we needed and how much we were able to spend. He worked with us as well as the manager to obtain a final result of us leaving with our new Jeep Renegade. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service we received and the product we drove home with. We will definitely refer friends to Shottenkirk and to Duck! More

Used car pirchase Salesman was awesome!!! (Zack Champion). Appreciated his friendliness and humbleness. Didn't come across as the stereotypical "used car salesman'". Salesman was awesome!!! (Zack Champion). Appreciated his friendliness and humbleness. Didn't come across as the stereotypical "used car salesman'". Only issue I had was in finance, payments quoted much higher than agreed upon. Rates were then shopped around after I commented on it. I feel like that should have been done at first. Made me feel like it wasn't my best interest they had in mind. Finally got close to the number after much back and forth. I loved the car, so went ahead with the deal. No regrets. More
