Slowest Service Department on the face of the planet The Service Department at Shottenkirk is the slowest and has the most nonchalant attitude towards their customers I ever had the displeasure of dealin The Service Department at Shottenkirk is the slowest and has the most nonchalant attitude towards their customers I ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Just a standard Oil Change with me sitting in the waiting room takes over 3 1/2 Hours. On several occasions I have made an appointment for the the first available slot for the day.on (2) Two Separate occasions I have left my truck at the dealership the first time for 8 hours and the second time for 10 hours and the service department never even got around to bringing it inside and attempting to determine the problems with the Air Ride system. More
