This dealership recently offered me to buy my 2023 Tesla Model 3 for an agreed-upon price. Though I clearly told the sales agent that my FSD is monthly subscription-based before I headed that way( 90 minute Model 3 for an agreed-upon price. Though I clearly told the sales agent that my FSD is monthly subscription-based before I headed that way( 90 minutes drive for me), he wanted me to come over; Upon arriving at the dealership, they checked the car, put together an agreement based on the agreed price on my car, of course, they jacked up their car price by 2400 USD same day after these discussions. I disagreed, and they reverted that price change on their car; The agent returned with the updated price reverting to the old price, which was active until I headed that way. They made me sign the agreement( their manager, too, signed it); They took my SSN, and everything else and ran my credit history, and got my loan approved; After everything was done, they went back on their word, apologizing that they didn't know that car was FSD equipped and offered 33k for a 2023 Tesla Model 3 LR with 2.8K miles on it(reducing almost 17K). Do you all think this is how a dealership should treat its customers; It's very upsetting seeing what they have done to me. This is after me driving for almost 90 minutes to reach there and another 90 minutes to return. Never again will you guys get my business based on my experience with you. More
