Unnecessary work was performed on our truck…the vehicle was brought in 3 times to resolve the issue. The final resolution was originally proposed to the service provider at the time of original service an was brought in 3 times to resolve the issue. Wendell and his team took great care of me! I called on a Friday, got in the following Monday, had a diagnosis on Tuesday, and got it back the following Wednesday after ordering parts and major I called on a Friday, got in the following Monday, had a diagnosis on Tuesday, and got it back the following Wednesday after ordering parts and major repairs. I also had rear brakes replaced and they worked with me on the cost of labor. When I went to pay out, the clerk thought to check if I had Ford bucks saved up and I had more than enough to cover the brake job. Everything else was under warranty. Excellent work, excellent service! More
