Utilized Jasper protection plan for pre-owned vehicle purchase. Upon arrival service dept indicated I must leave vehicle for 3-5 days for a simple instrument panel diagnostic, with no ability to schedule purchase. Upon arrival service dept indicated I must leave vehicle for 3-5 days for a simple instrument panel diagnostic, with no ability to schedule an appt for a particular day or even 2 day stay over. This caused a great deal of frustration and multiple conversations. To my surprise while they conducted a 4-wheel alignment, the simple diagnostic issue was addressed. Grateful they accommodated the quick diagnostic, even without my knowledge until end of day pickup. Protection plan covered both alignment and diagnostic. More

Usually, I receive excellent service and in a timely manner. This time I had to wait hours, apparently because the sensor I needed for a rear tire was not available and had to be gotten. This was a follow up from a prior service call and should have been on hand. Also, I thought (my fault for not checking) the new tires were to be placed on the front, and they were not. Also, the prices for work and parts kept increasing. I will be more through the next time in dealing with Shottenkirk. More
