Really the first time since Merideth 2017 that I felt like the service advisor got it right the first time! Took 2 hrs to complete an oil change-The Works on a Saturday w an appt. An then I had to ask for the report card to see what all was suppose to have be done. Waiting 3 hours for an oil change and a simple tire repair is ridiculous. The entire waiting room changed from the same people I came in with to all new people. Last oil change with Krause Ford in Woodstock they drove to my house picked up vehicle did the oil change and delivered my car back in less than 3 hours. I can get a simple oil change in 15 minutes at plenty of places around. I will gladly take my business elsewhere and recommend people I know to do the same. Lack of care for people truly shows. More
