He talked over me multiple times (often, while I was answering the question he had just asked) and worked hard to convince me to lease after I indicated that I wasn't interested in leasing. Got quite close while demonstrating car functions without his mask fully covering his nose/mouth. More

I found a car on CarGurus I liked at Honda, but when I contacted Honda, it had been sent to auction. Mike Smith retrieved it from auction so I could see it, and it was exactly what I wanted.
