When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the sales manager. He introduced himself and located me a salesmen. I was matched with Tyus. Tyus wrote down my wants in a vehicle then proceeded to show me w manager. He introduced himself and located me a salesmen. I was matched with Tyus. Tyus wrote down my wants in a vehicle then proceeded to show me what they had on hand. Tyus brought me vehicle after vehicle and answered all my questions. The things that contributed to this 5 ⭐️ rating is the fact that he was so patient.. had a pleasant attitude, wonderful personality and a great “CAR SIDE MANNER”. I AM!! going to refer every serious buyer to Shottenkirk Decatur.. and tell them to ask for TYUS!! More

Took my Honda CRV in for an electronics update, took only 20 minutes. The people were friendly, courteous and came and got me from waiting area when it was finished, they explained everything to me.
