Long version: If you’re considering buying a car, you NEED to check out Honda of Decatur before you make any other stops. Even if you’re not looking for a Honda specifically, this dealership is definitely the way to go. I am in Kennesaw, Georgia and wasn’t thrilled about driving to Decatur to pick up a vehicle but I am so glad I did. From the moment I called the dealership, Blake Watts made it an absolute BREEZE. I have never felt more comfortable and less pressured during a buying process of anything in my life. I don’t like “salespeople” because they can be pushy, they don’t always listen to your needs, and sometimes their agenda and the “sale” is more important to them than making the customer happy. Blake was the complete OPPOSITE of that! From the moment he answered the phone at the dealership until I shook his hand and we drove off, I know for a fact that my satisfaction and happiness with the process was his number one priority. He was so kind and courteous! We communicated a lot by phone and text which was extremely helpful as I had a lot of moving parts on my end with financing, insurance, and my credit union. He was polite (a HUGE thing for us Southerners!) and he absolutely went the extra mile for me. There were a few cosmetic things that needed to be addressed on the vehicle before purchase and he worked with the dealership to find a solution, even though the vehicle was a traded in Nissan. He even offered to cover the cost himself should the dealership not be able to negotiate a solution. I’ve never heard of anything like that before. I was incredibly impressed! Needless to say, Blake is absolutely the best and if you go through him to purchase a vehicle, you will not be sorry! It truly is easier at Honda of Decatur! More

Honda is Decatur could not have been better to work with. They stayed open later than expected to make sure we were taken care of. They also tolerated our barefoot toddler running around their lobby. Very pleased with my car so far. Darin was outstanding, I loved his attitude and he was very knowledgeable. I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle and right away he pulled out a list and found severa loved his attitude and he was very knowledgeable. However, once I decided on a vehicle, it took over 5 hours to meet with the finance dept. That was disappointing because I had my friend drive me to the dealership and he wasn’t able to run any of his errands because we weren’t sure how long it would take. On the other hand, Darin waited with us almost the whole time and did his best to keep us entertained. He was super easy to get along with and if anybody tells me they’re in the market for a car, I’ll be sending them his way. More
