This has to be the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I purchased a new 2018 Honda Accord - in October of 2018. When I turned on the AC in the spring it did not work. I took it to Damson Honda (b with. I purchased a new 2018 Honda Accord - in October of 2018. When I turned on the AC in the spring it did not work. I took it to Damson Honda (before Shottenkirk bought them) in Decatur Alabama and they told me that there was a freon leak that they could not find. They added freon to it and did not charge me. By the next spring, 2020, it did not work again. I took it back to Damson and they added freon to it again. The same happened in 2021. Now Shottenkirk owns the Decatur Alabama dealership and they claim to have now found the leak - conveniently AFTER the car is out of warranty. Then they hand me a $400 bill - for an AC THAT NEVER WORKED RIGHT IN A NEW CAR! I have called the General Manager, sent an email - and have been ghosted. We recently bought a Toyota, the first car that is NOT a Honda in 15 years because we didn't want to deal with this dealership. I would give 0 stars if i could. More
