Our experience was excellent! We were not expecting the engagement we received. We were cautious when first entering the dealership as there was not someone to greet us, but quickly someone saw us and asked if we needed help and proceeded to get someone to assist us. Ryann Davis then greeted us and we identified a car for a test drive. Ryann did an outstanding job throughout the car buying process, from providing an overview of the CRV in detail prior to our test drive, answering all of our questions and truthfully telling us when she did not know an answer, of which there was only one! Gavin Smith and Scott Galloway(finance) were also great to work with and reasonable. We appreciated everyone staying a little later to get the deal done. Although we were there for about 4 hours the process went well and everyone was accommodating. Overall a very good car buying experience, and not one we really expected.
