We dropped our vehicle off for regular maintenance and picked it up later that day. The dealership stayed in touch with us during the day and let us know when the vehicle was ready for pickup. The service department at Shottenkirk Honda Rome is outstanding. Keri always provides excellent service and is very knowledgeable. When she isn’t there Dalton is always helpful.
