First of all I received a text message on Friday the previous week that it had been over a year since last service. So I call on Tuesday morning and got an appointment for that afternoon. Surprised! When I arrived associates were very busy, but acknowledged I was there, a few minutes later I was checked in for my appointment. About 40 minutes later I was done and out the door. Associate went over service preformed, also items that were found that needed attention in a timely manner. NO PRESSURE sales attempt. I appreciated that. I would say this Dealership is not the same as it was when they first took over from HERITAGE. I expected they would be closed in 12 months. Thankfully someone had sense to change their attitude. I actually saw the start of the change in attitude In 12-2023 when I came in for my previous service appointment. Keep up the good work. More
