Shottenkirk Honda Rome - Service Center

Seems to take too long every visit. Went in for oilchange. Also had factory recall for repair on headlamp that I was notified of. Took over 2 hours. Was offered 60k mile package. Which seemed pricy and I didn't have another 2 hours to just sit and wait. Will come back when I can drop it off. More

Shottenkirk is the worst thing that has ever happened to the Honda Dealership in Rome, GA. Their service and providing customer satisfaction leaves much to be desired. They do not make an effort to provide the Honda Dealership in Rome, GA. Their service and providing customer satisfaction leaves much to be desired. They do not make an effort to provide necessary service on cars that are brought to them with a problem that requires immediate attention. Our 2023 Pilot had a rear view mirror that became disconnected and they ordered a part that they said would take one month to be sent and no other measures were taken to try and acquire this part from another dealership NOR did they malt any effort to provide a courtesy car for this time period so that the car would not have to be driven unsafely with no rear view mirror. I have never dealt with an auto dealership that made as little an effort to satisfy a problem with a vehicle that was purchased there and whose long time customer with Rome’s Honda dealership has purchased 2 other Pilots and a CRV and Two Civics. We have never had the service problems that we have experienced with Shottenkirk…..Plus, there is a defect in the second row Captain chair seat that has yet to be resolved over the past year. More

The service here is always great. Staff is friendly they always take my car back immediately and service is usually very fast. Had I known it would take so long I would have held off on the recall until i could arrange transportation to avoid sitting in the dealership half the day. More
