Came in (with appointment) for oil change and a car wash for my birthday. It took over 3 hours!! The car was washed and vacuumed but NOTHING was wiped down on the inside, not the dash, nothing. Glad I ha for my birthday. It took over 3 hours!! The car was washed and vacuumed but NOTHING was wiped down on the inside, not the dash, nothing. Glad I had a coupon for a free wash and vacuum as I would be upset if I had to pay for it. It really doesn't take much to just wipe down the dash and instrument panel. More

My Honda battery died right across the street from Shottenkirks, so after the hassle of soliciting help from a very nice young man, I pulled into Honda and John (although he is not listed on this sur Shottenkirks, so after the hassle of soliciting help from a very nice young man, I pulled into Honda and John (although he is not listed on this survey form) could not have been more helpful. He got me right in on a busy Saturday and a free battery since I still had 24 days left on my warranty! How great is that! I highy recommend this service department. The dealer had to order an 'SRS' part to fix my car. The dealer rep said the part should come in Mon or Tue, and they would call me when it came in. I never received a call, so I called the dealer 2 weeks dealer rep said the part should come in Mon or Tue, and they would call me when it came in.
